The hotel was very clean and recently renovated. The staff went above and beyond to help me, even providing me with an earlier breakfast when I had an early appointment in the city center. The location was fantastic, with a tram stop just a 5-minute walk away and a supermarket nearby. The free travel ticket provided by the hotel was extremely useful.

I had the most amazing stay at a hidden oasis surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and fruit orchards. The attention to detail in the landscaping was incredible, and I found tranquility walking the property. The spacious and clean rooms were well-appointed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant with live music. It felt like being in the middle of a tropical nursery, and I even got to pick tangerines off the tree as a snack. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. I highly recommend this delightful hotel.
